This hotel did not meet my expectations. The temperature control in our room was terrible. The pillows were even worse...while you can choose between "firm" and "soft" pillows, they all feel like sacks filled with matted together cotton balls. I'm not a pillow snob by any means, but I had a sore neck after sleeping on these pillows. The carpet felt dirty and relatively gross. The bathroom was old; wall paper was coming off the walls, toilet paper roll was dirty, etc. There was also zero room in the bathroom - we could not stand comfortably in the bathroom and have the door open at the same time. In fact, the whole room felt small and cramped. As for the free breakfast, half of what was supposed to be available had run out by 8:30 AM and what was left was not fresh and tasted mediocre. We ended up getting breakfast at a convenience store and that was much better in comparison. I won't stay here again - I recommend the Sheraton across the street.
