Horrible customer service and the food has gone downhill too

About 2 years ago, Kabob Stop used to have good food. But it has gone downhill. I will never eat at Kabob Stop again. The food was not flavored well and the potatoes were undercooked. On top of that the Mango lassi was way too sour and the samosas were soggy.
To make a below average eating experience horrible, their customer service was awful!!! They were rude, yelled at me and refused to honor a Groupon that I had purchased. They even told me that the Groupon was not their problem and I was not their customer. I was a Groupon customer. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money, but I am upset that I spent any time and money at such a poorly run restaurant.
The worst service I've encountered

This food is pretty good. But the rest of it is unforgivable, and I'll never go back. First night: very late delivery, but we liked the stuff. Second night: wanted more, so offered to pick it up, so the poor overworked driver would not hold us up for two hours. Come in 35 minutes. Okay, after I'm there for 15 minutes (close to an hour after the call) someone acknowledges my presence, but the food is not ready. More time passes. Finally an apology, "our chef walked out." I offer to just take what is finished. I get the blank stare. More time. They take my payment (I take this to mean the food is ready; I am wrong). Another 35 minutes, they tell me they can't make one of the dishes, but will give me a credit. No wait, we'll make it. Hah! No credit, they charge me for the full price, they do not include the dish I've been charged for (just expecting it to be mediocre, not missing). Horrid. Amazing they stay in business.

2 hr 30 minute wait and then no food , told ticket is lost, 15% online coupons and they have pain in their a** accepting that. then why have it online.
i am pi**ed since they made me wait for 2.30 hrs and then stating the ticket is lost, and worst of all no remorse, to offer to send the order asap or something. Guys take your chances and see what you get into, i guarantee you wont like it more than once. Good luck .. kabab stoppers !

We tried it, using Groupon. The food tastes good but VERY salty. The raita was really the worst I've had. It had a good taste but was very runny--the consistency of milk!

The reviews of the fare here are right on! We decided to try it out for lunch. The place is small, and located such that parking was a bit precarious (and had to be done in the next-door pizza place's lot). But once inside, it was clean, the service friendly, and the food, mmmm.... The Kebab Stop platter was delicious, and the quantity generous, served with enough side stuff to keep you munching. The lamb Roghan Josh was equally delectable. The pricing is slightly on the higher side, but overall, very enjoyable experience.
- Pros: Excellent food, good service
- Cons: Parking a bit constrained
