I've used Improvement Zone on a number of big and small projects around our house. On time, professional, reasonably priced and they do the job right. Today I had them come out to a condo we are selling to replace some channel balances/springs. They inspected every window in the condo, found one broken channel balance and replaced it in ten minutes. They followed-up with an email describing the inspection, what they found, and how they fixed it. Perfect documentation for closing...

Excellent contractor. I have been working with Improvement Zone since 2009, and they provide exemplary home improvement services. By experience, I am skeptical of contractors, but over the past 2.5 years, Improvement Zone has won my trust, my appreciation, and my business. They are honest, they are responsive, they are priced competitively, and they do not rest until the job is done correctly and on time. I have used them for a variety of projects (they seem able to do just about anything): roof repair, deck installation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring. They have never let me down; the craftsmanship is of the highest quality. I highly recommend them.
