I am beyond happy with waterproofing repairs done by Worldwide Waterproofing. They were only company that walk me through all options including exterior digging and an interior solution. They dug up 3 walls of my house that are below the ground and waterproof those walls. They also did outside grading and re route of my downspouts. I could not be more pleased. We have had several heavy rains and no water in basement. They even come back a month later after all settling and replaced front porch that was removed for digging access. My grass is already growing back and my yard looks fantastic. What a fantastic group of workers and staff. This company deserves to be recognized.

Customer service was top notch. Jen and Tanya were great to deal with and when I had more in depth questions , the owner got on the phone and spoke with me personally. They let me know they have a price match and when I got a price that was $200 cheaper, they matched it right away. I would have spent the extra $200 to use this company because from the jump they showed they have the confidence and the reputation to back up their good work and work ethics. I originally got them from Angies list and we knew we wanted to use them based on their customer satisfaction. I am a satisfied customer.

Very Pleased. Wayne was thorough and very low key with sales pitch. He came out fair and honest and gave me one price. He was by far the most knowledgeable of all the companies we interviewed for our basement project. Mike and the crew was courteous and did good clean up. Would recommend them again. The office was very quick to respond to any questions and my warranty and receipt was mailed out very fast.

Worldwide was FANTASTIC with every aspect of my job. They did a great job when the rep came out. He assured me he would stop out while the job was going on and he did just that. Sam and his guys were ever so courteous to my belongings. My situation was tricky because I was fighting the previous owners and this company kept their word with going to battle for me. I have re cooped all my investment with Worldwide through the previous owner. Jen and Tanya at the office were always on point with helping me through this Nightmare situation. I would and WILL recommend this great family business to many people. I have already put their flyers in my church bulletin. Thanks again!!!

I had a basement drain system put in a few months ago after waiting a year getting estimates. I was impressed with the company from my first call to my paying the crew at the end of the job. The rep that sold me the job promised to be there during the duration of the install and he was there as promised. I am very happy with the outcome and the clean up. I would recommend this company to others.

Customer service sucks. Not happy with customer service at all. Job took twice as long as original estimate with content late arrivals and canceled appointments. Did nice job installing second sump system they recommended, one problem, didn't fix the leak. Took several phone calls before I could an appointment for them to come back out. After all that, the appointment was canceled a day before the scheduled date. Sale rep mislead me into feeding crew to get them to snake out exiting sump system. When I asked them, was told they didn't do that.

My advice, find another company.

Great Group of People. We are extremcely pleased with the outcome of our project. Even though it was a smaller project, we were treated like a million dollar paying customer. We cant thank the group enough. The crew was in and out in a day and didnt leave a mess behind for us. This is a great team to work with.

Happy Happy!!!. I am super pleased with the basement repairs that the crew did on my home. Given that I had a finished basement I was very concerned about my carpet being damaged. They put runners and plastic everywhere and covered all my electronics. My carpet doesnt look like it was even touched. My walls were studded out far so the bottom drywall needed to be removed. My trim went right back in place and you never would know I just had this construction done!!! Job Well Done
