Where is my PC Geek Squad???

Will these people ever answer the phone? I have called for over a week to ask if my computer is finished. I am a college student and don't have transportation to just stop by. I have finals in a week and need this computer for my studies. I can't believe they would refuse to call me back. If they can't fix the virus I want them to give me back my computer and I can have someone who knows what theyre doing take care it.
