Best Hairstylist In Baltimore!. In my travels I've sought out great stylists in large cities across the states, but Peter is by far the best I've ever met. New to Baltimore, I first went to Peter about 6mo ago, and was thrilled to have found him - I've been a regular ever since and am always very pleased! Despite your style and taste, Peter has the artistic ability to give you the look you want - he's amazing!

Been a Valerie customer for 8 years. I have been following my hairstylist Valerie for years. She's now at Peter Devine. The location is great, easy to get to, and parking is plentiful. I won't trust my hair to anyone but her. Salon owner Peter Devine makes you feel welcome.

Simply Amazing!. By far the best haircut i've gotten in town. Mr. Devine was exceptionally nice and gives you bang for your buck.

I highly recommend spending a few more dollars to have it done right!

Valerie is the tops!. Before I came to Valerie for the first time, my hair style hadn't changed for 15 years. I just never found anyone who could do much with my fine and thin hair - until Valerie! She changed my life, gave me great looking hair that perfectly suited my face, lifestyle and hair type and inspired me to be my best creative beautiful self.

When Valerie styles your hair, it's so much more than a cut. She consults with you and creates a look that works for every aspect of you: personality, hair texture and colour, facial shape, lifestyle and degree of maintenance.

She gives 100% of her energy to creating a look that is uniquely you.

Take my advice and invest in a few good hair care products if she recommends them, not only will she sell you quality products, she will take the time to show you how to use them.

She is truly a gem in her profession, she has a passion for hair and a commitment to excellence always.

The salon itself is bright and cheery, a nice relaxing place to have a beauty day. Peter is an excellent host and offers exceptional hospitality to all salon visitors. I feel very cared for and happy there! If you're looking for a new salon or considering going to one for the first time, the experience is terrific! (also you can get a great sandwich at the Superette across the street)

Multiple kudos to Valerie!!!. Valerie continues to be a specatacular artisan with my hair! I just returned from a unique event in D.C. where they actually did make-up & hair styling for the attendees. When the stylist got to me, he said "looks great...you don't need a thing (except for a little holding wax)!!!

Great stylist, great salon. I have been going to Valerie for years! She is an extremely talented stylist and devotes so much attention to the needs of my hair. My curly hair can be hard to manage, but Valerie works wonders! She has cut and colored my hair for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The atmosphere at Peter Devine is fun and professional. This is a quality salon that I recommend to anyone who wants a quality haircut and individualized attention.

Val Returns! And my hair rejoices!. No one, but no one, can cut and color my hair with ingenuity--not to mention while keeping me calm and happy. Val is GENIUS. No one else touches this head. And her leaving us for the hinterlands was the worst for me and my head--all puns intended.

You want amazing color--Val. You want amazing cut--Val. And, you want the best scalp massage with shampoo--uh, VAL! Welcome back. And don't leave me ever again.

P.S. The salon is tranquil and beautifully appointed too.

Hallelujah! Val is back in Baltimore!. Hallelujah! Valerie is back in Charm City. I had an appointment on Wednesday and have been getting compliments ever since. Val gets my hair's weird texture and always gives me a cut that suits my face beautifully. Plus, she does these great soft highlights just the way I like them -- which is rare, because other stylists rarely have the patience to do them like that. Val is a true artist, and her technique comes through in the shape and color of every cut. I am so freaking glad to have her back in Baltimore!!! (For a cut this good, I would drive 1,000 miles.)

Kin is simply amazing. I have been going to Kin for over a year now and have never been so thrilled with a stylist. From the AMAZING massage he gives when shampooing, to great color and wonderful cuts, I could not be more pleased. Kin has an amazing eye for style and actually cut my hair for my busy on the go schedule- a cut where I can wash and go. An added plus, he is super nice and down to earth. I always receive TONS of compliments -- even after the cut has grown in a quite a bit. Kin is simply amazing- which says a lot coming from me as I've gotten my haircut all over DC & Baltimore.

Haircut this fabulous deserves a review. I usually don't write reviews, ok I never write reviews. But I have been so impressed with Kin and his technique that I felt it was deserved. He has an amazing technique of cutting, one like you have NEVER seen or experienced before. I truly believe he feels his work is art and you feel like a masterpiece walking out of this salon.
