A real life edward scissorhand in Baltimore. Wow, I travel all the way from DC to come see him. It is an understatement when I tell you that I have been to many hairstylist in the past. I have thick, wavy hair that just drags around and many past stylist has no idea what to do with it. It stays heavy, stale, and lifeless.

Then Kin came along. After an indepth consultation and a his to-die-for scalp massage, Kin told me he cut differently. All stylist tells me that so I did not take it so seriously...

but, not this time! I kid you not, this man whipped out over 6 to 10 pairs of scissors in both his hands. Then he started working on my hair like I was a sculpture. He transform my bulky, dull hair into a working peice of art with tons of body and movement!!! Best of all, my hair has never felt so light and beautiful. Its like I grew a new set of hair.

I don't know what kind of magic he did with his cuts, as it seems like he just came out of a movie. Whatever he did, it worked, and everybody needs to try him. He does hair more like an artwork. Its an amazing experience!

Always the best!. I have been going to Peter for a couple of years now since I moved to Baltimore. He is the best - my color has never looked better. If you are looking for advice, he has such a good eye and knows what cut, color and style would look best on you. I moved outside of Baltimore now but make the trip to see him!

fun and comfortable. Peter is fantastic. I have been going to Peter for five years....he is very talented. He really listens to what you want and the results are always top notch. His salon is beautiful!

Wonderful place to go!. I have been a client of Peter's for a while now. He is always friendly and professional! The first time I went to Peter I was looking for a drastic change (I had 12 inches cut off), and he did great work. I have been going back ever since! The new shop is designed well and a comfortable place to be. I highly recommend Peter Devine!

Highly talented colorist and stylist - STRONGLY RECOMMEND. I have been going to Peter for highlights and hair cut / style for a little over a year now. My color is the best it has ever looked. It is so rich, shiny, and natural-looking. Anytime I've wanted changes (i.e., darker in the winter), he understands what I communicate and makes it "fit" me. He has also done the same for my cut. He is honest about suggestions I have made and tells me what looks best on me. I completely trust him with making his own decisions about what looks best, and he has never let me down. He will also listen to you about what you want and will transform your wishes into what looks best on you. He is very receptive and knowledgeable. Besides being a very talented stylist, he is also a pretty entertaining guy...quite the character. I always leave his salon loving my hair and in an uplifted mood.

Thank You Peter!. I found Peter Devine a few months back and I am so happy I did. His new salon is bright, tranquil and airy - a refreshing escape compared to most of the noisy, factory-like salons I have visited. Peter takes the time to understand what you want and will work hard to achieve the results you have in mind. It also doesn't hurt that he is a really nice and genuine guy! This is the first salon I have been to in Baltimore (I'm from NYC) where I left truly happy and satisfied. My highlights look natural and my hair has volume and movement for the first time in AGES. Stop in and make an appointment - you won't be disappointed!

Hair Design = Art. Peter devotes quality time and attention to each of his clients to achieve their desired look. Peter is a great listener and takes time to understand his client's interests before beginning the work. He never rushes to fit clients in, rather Peter is patient and meticulous because he treats your hair as his art. The results are beautiful.
