The whole team at Ourisman was efficient and personable and remained good natured even at midnight when we drove off with our new car.
It is a real pleasure and joy to work with Andrew Kolbe. In fact, he is the service person that I always request. Please don't let him leave the dealership! Andrew is consistently easy to work with, exceeds our expectations and is freindly and considerate and I appreciate his attention to detail. We've had many visits to the dealership considering the car has only 20,000 miles when we experienced an issue with the door moulding and a squeaky visor. Andrew was always there for us and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also want to recognize talking to Ron Lane the morning of June 4. My husband had inadvertently put regular gas in my diesel tank on Sunday evening. I called on Monday morning to reschedule the 20,000 mile checkup since the VW was towed on Sunday evening. Ron answered the phone and I told him the problem and he even agreed to call the auto mechanic where the VW was towed on the Eastern Shore to make sure they properly removed the gas. Andrew was also very helpful on Tuesday, the rescheduled day for the checkup and explained the work that was done removing the gas and assuring us that it was done properly after he did his own survey.
I took my car to get serviced at Ourisman LAUREL honda. I had been a loyal customer there for 6 years since buying my car (brand new) taking my car to them for almost EVERY maintenance minder service. I knew they were ridiculously overpriced but I hadn't anticipated they were 5 times the amount of regular service cost. Don't believe most of these reviews on here. I had taken my car to them 2 weeks ago for reminder service B1. Came out having to replace brakes. fine, I paid over 400 dollars (even with coupon) for my rear brakes alone. 3 days later after service, I hear a rattling sound when I turn on the engine. Finally when I get some time off work 2 weeks later I take the car back into Ourisman honda for service. Not only did they claim that the noise wasn't overlooked during their inspection they stated it was my fault. and normal wear and tear occurred when this issue started 3 days after they replaced brakes. They even proceeded to claim that I must have been in a recent accident to cause this "wear and tear." They were not helpful and on top of it all for something they caused wanted to charge me almost 300 dollars. I went to Midas and paid for OURISMAN"s MISTAKE" a whooping $50!!!! Where as they were going to charge me 5 times that amount for an issue they probably caused themselves. I get nothing from writing a review...but I know that people out there want honest opinions. As a loyal customer of Honda I am disappointed at their service. They will never get my money again. Its up to you, but if you have money to throw away by all means use them and PAY FIVE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL SERVICE COST knowing that they only care about getting your money and not providing quality service. My only regret is going to them all these years because they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction, loyalty or service. They only care about the bottom dollar.

The Dealership is great. I'm very happy with it. The professionalism of the entire staff has been nothing but top notch. This stands in stark contrast to the VW dealership in northern Virginia that I purchased the vehicle from. Thanks for the excellence.
Once again, I would like to thank both Joe and Tyrone for helping me out when I was in a pinch and needed a second car. They when far beyond what I was expecting in their helpfullness and friendlieness.
Mike was an excellent salesman! He started by asking what we were looking for in a car and then he took the time to get to know us and familiarize himself with our situation. He ONLY showed us cars under the budget we set and he showed us cars that would suit our lifestyles. We went above and beyond for my fiance and I. I will always go to Mike in the future! I will certainly be suggesting him to my friends and family also!
After spending the past month searching the perfect vehicle that was within my budget I must say it was a breath of fresh air when I arrived at Ourisman Honda. I was immediately met at the door by Marshall Sanders and I was very impressed from the beginning. He was friendly, not pushy and didn’t give me any crap! Because I had already done my research I knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to deliver. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Then as if it was already too..good to be true, I met a wonderful young lady name Debbie Lewis whom was a no-nonsense give it to ya straight kinda person and I so…appreciated that very much. She spelled out exactly what I needed and didn't cut any corners. I cannot wait to tell all of my family and friends and of course show off the new ride!!! Thanks Marshall and Debbie and my new Ourisman Honda family.
I bought a brand new Accord from this dealer, a week ago. We were lucky to have Marshall Sanders as our sales rep. He made this purchase extremely easy. No pressure to buy, just a great source of information and support during the process. Very honest and friendly. I feel good about my purchase. I would recommend this dealer and Marshall to my friends.
Great vehicle and 1st class service. Has me thinking about trading my wife's Santa Fe for a Touraeg.
