Mike was an excellent salesman! He started by asking what we were looking for in a car and then he took the time to get to know us and familiarize himself with our situation. He ONLY showed us cars under the budget we set and he showed us cars that would suit our lifestyles. We went above and beyond for my fiance and I. I will always go to Mike in the future! I will certainly be suggesting him to my friends and family also!
After spending the past month searching the perfect vehicle that was within my budget I must say it was a breath of fresh air when I arrived at Ourisman Honda. I was immediately met at the door by Marshall Sanders and I was very impressed from the beginning. He was friendly, not pushy and didn’t give me any crap! Because I had already done my research I knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to deliver. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Then as if it was already too..good to be true, I met a wonderful young lady name Debbie Lewis whom was a no-nonsense give it to ya straight kinda person and I so…appreciated that very much. She spelled out exactly what I needed and didn't cut any corners. I cannot wait to tell all of my family and friends and of course show off the new ride!!! My service advisors are Randi and Jerry. These two are OUTSTANDING... Randi always answers any questions I have, tell me when I can hold off on doing certain services (especially if it's out of my budget) and is very timely. She not only explains everything to me, she takes her time to go in depth about the service that's being performed on the car. Jerry, he's my truck guy. I have a running joke with them, I tell Randi she gets the car, Jerry get's the truck.
Kudos to Andrew Kolbe and Ron Lane. When I call the service dept, I always ask for Andrew and have all the confidence in the world with him servicing my 2011 VW Jetta Wagon.
I ran over a nail with my brand new truck.I knew Marva explained the road hazard that I purchased, but of course you never really understand anything until it happens. Jerry took his time explained it again, got my truck in and out and I was back on the road and at work without being late. UNREAL. I couldn't thank him enough.
This was the EASIEST experience ever... Everyone who helped me treated me as if we were all old friends or even family. No pressure to buy anything. Allowed me to browse around at my leisure and allowed me to be as picky as I wanted to about my Honda Pilot.
Marshall is the best sales person hands down. On the test drive, we drove and talked as if we were old college buddies. He showed me every feature of the truck and did not frown when I asked what may have been "dumb" questions. If you're purchasing a new or used Honda, this is the dealer for you....
