Very seedy. Even 2 adult men were uncomfortable being in the area of this hotel. Very seedy, people sitting in vehicles drinking in parking lot. Appeared to be frequented by "lady's of the evening". There is no such thing as a non-smoking room. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you are looking for "adult companionship".
