In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." It's a goldmine

I say "it's a goldmine" because it's so difficult to get a table. It's crowded ALWAYS. The wait is 60-90 minues and people DO WAIT. The food is very reasonably priced and good, and the young wait staff tries very hard for you. I've always had a good dinner there and enjoy the service, but the WAIT is terrible.

I know that Outback is known for their steaks and bloomin onions but, you need to try their burgers. They are out of this world.
