Worst Waiter Service In Maryland

For over 10 years I enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the Bamboo House. When Joey sold the business to a new owner around November 2008 the quality of personal attention from the waiters dropped lower than Wall Street.in bankruptcy. Here is my last experience eating at the Bamboo House. My wife and myself arrived at 7 P.M. We were seated at 7:02 P.M. The waiter arrived at 7:15 P.M. We ordered drinks that arrived at 7:25 P.M. At 7:25 we placed our food order. Then we waited and waited. At 7:50 P.M. I called the waiter over and asked how much longer before we are served dinner, he said not long. We both ordered another drink. At 7:55 the waiter brought our second round of drinks. Again we waited and waited, 8:15 we still did not receive dinner. At this point we were at the Bamboo House for 1 hour and 15 mintues and were not served dinner. The waiter disappered and we got tired of sitting with no waiter service. We got so discussed with lack of service, we went to the manager paided for the drinks and left, we went home without having dinner.
