THE WORST LOCATION - This location has mean, nasty service and always double-check your boxes of chicken. Example: Ordered a 16 piece chicken and received 9 thighs,5 legs and 2 breast. When you complain, it only gets worse. JOPPA ROAD, CARNEY LOCATION is a second runner-up for the worse location. UPPER MANAGEMENT just doesn't give a crap so no sense in calling. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! This is just a friendly bit of information to help you avoid problems with them.

Intentionally Nasty Service. I went to this franchise on Sunday afternoon- August 16, 2009- and the service was worse than rude--first, the employee told me he did not have any biscuits ready but to pull into a parking spot straight ahead. I did, waited 20 minutes, went back in to get my order. The bag was sitting there on the counter and the two employees working laughed and grinned to each other. I looked around and it was obvious there was no manager.
