Good food. Wings are very good, at least the BBQ wings.(I was born and raised in Buffalo, I know good wings.) Fries are also good. Burgers decent, pit beef also good. I would say 8.5 out 10.

Everyone Loves Charcoal Deli. CharcoaL Deli has got to be the best food in town. Now living over 400 miles away from the little 'ol place, they are the first place I stop, even before going to see my family. The food is all prepared there where you can see them make it. The fries have got to be the best thing on earth. Not to mention the beef and ham sandwiches. The service is always cheerfull even though they are working in 120 degree heat. The employees and owners take pride in thier service and food, and it shows! There is nothing on that menu that i would not recomend. EVERY THING IS AMAZING! ELCD (Everyone Loves Charcoal Deli)!!!!!!!!!

Nice people, great food.. I've been working in the area for the last two weeks and have eaten there several times. The service has always been friendly and the food has been excellent. My favorites are their ribs and burgers. I follow it with their fresh made lemonade. If I am back in area again I will definitely look them up.

I now live in Rockville, but have something from the Deli everytime I'm back up that way!

Great take out and lasts the trip back!

GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE!. I have ordered from Charcoal Deli dozens of times. I live nearby and love their Chopped Beef BBQ. I love how the fries are cooked. (and believe me I am hard to please on french fries!) Excellent customer service! Remember this is carry out and they cook to order so it is always hot and always fresh. I have never been dissatisfied. Their catering is incredible as well. Extensive menu for any event. I highly reccommend their food for every occasion!

Good food. I have been getting food from the Deli for over 10 years. My office also orders for lunches in house. The food is always good and fresh. The portions are nice as are the employees! Wings and ribs are not my thing but I love theirs - lots of meat and little if any fat. This is often the place my kids choose to get food from when asked. "Cow Meat" sandwiches are a favorite - the beef is great as is the pit turkey. The selection is good and there is something for everyone. A good family place to get a good meal.

Horrible Customer Service & Incompetent Management. This was by far the worst customer service I have EVER received! A few of my coworkers and I ordered from there for lunch and had the worst experience ever...never have I been so mistreated. They messed up our order and then were very nasty towards us when we brought it to their attention. The first time we called, they hung up on us (mind you - we were not being hostile either). Then we called back and asked to speak to the manager, which was like talking to a brick wall. He was very rude and hostile, even though they made a mistake. Long story short, after the THIRD phone call he realized his mistake and finally agreed to send the missing food - even though it was cold, sloppy, and a little slimey. Needless to say, we did not eat it! Please DO NOT eat at this place...EVER. By far, the worst Customer Service and food. Don't waste your money!

Avoid This Deli. After being a customer for years, I have had an extremely bad experience. Our company got together to make a large order for lunch. When we received our order, we called to explain there was a missing item. Upon calling, we were insulted by the associate and the manager on duty. We had to call twice to finally get our order, but ONLY after the manager asking "What do I have to do to get rid of YOU people!" This was a blatent disregard for customer service, and think someone should be held accountable. I STRONGLY urge you to go somewhere else for food. It took them over an hour to finally bring us back our order. When we received it, the meal was CLEARLY slopped onto a soggy bun, and was not worth eating. They never ONCE offered to work with us, offer a refund, or ANYTHING!! Stay away, and I would recommend Daemon's in Hunt Valley Town Center. They have better food, and know how to treat their customers.

Quality and taste are as bad as the customer service. Have been going there for years and recently I have not been enjoying my food there. It is dry, cold, and inaccurate and when you call to get it corrected if they don't hang up on you. They try to make you pay for it again. My company of over 100 people placed a small $85.00 order and they forgot some of the food so we understand that so we called to get it corrected and they hung up on us and when we called back they said they would only correct it by making us pay an extra $10.28 for the food we already paid for. When we called the third time they admitted that they made a mistake and asked what do they need to do to make us go away. This put a bad taste in my entire companies mouth and any company catering parties will be reserved for a company that knows what customer service is. For me this is my last meal from them after at least 5 to 7 years.
