The Best Mortgage Lender in Town. Not only is Michael Mandis one of the most innovative mortgage proffessionals I have met, he is one to actually execute on his innovation. Having been in the industry for 7 years, it is rare that I have met other loan originators that combine both of those qualities. Where you will be treated like family!. Mike Mandis and his team made our first time home buying experience truly special. They took the time to ensure we understood each leg of the process and made sure there were no surprises! They stood by us answering all of our questions and helped us to be well informed buyers. Buying a home can be such an intimidating process, but Mike helped to make the process seamless and comfortable. Not only was Mike friendly and professional he took time to talk with us as if he had known us for years. If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable lender who cares about you as a person first then Mike and his team are your guys!

High Marks for Alliance Mtg. Funding!!. My wife and I have used Mike and his team twice and each time was easy and pain free. We got low rates and good services both times.

Mike was a neighbor of mine years ago and he is very cool and friendly and I believe that is reflected in his employees. You eventually gotta trust someone in the mortgage business, Alliance is a great choice.

The extra 10 miles not just 1. Whoever says they love the company that did their mortgage? …Me!

I work in the real estate business in Pa and I have recommended different mortgage companies over the years to my clients based on Honesty, Integrity, Experience, Competitive rates and attention to detail.

Alliance Mortgage Funding encompasses all of these traits to the extreme. If it's not the right loan for you, you don't get it simple as that, they do the right thing.

There is a difference working with a mortgage sales person and true mortgage professionals, these folks are the latter.

If I refer one of my clients to a lender and they fail my client, I failed my client and that is unacceptable with that said ,with no hesitation I refer my clients to Alliance Mortgage Funding.

Exceptional Customer Service. Mike Mandis and his team are extremely professional and efficient at what they do!!! He is a local guy which is terrific because not only does he know the area, he is part of the community. He and his staff pay the closest attention to detail and will make you feel 100% confident with your purchase or refinance. I highly recommend the team at Alliance Mortgage!!

It was an exceptionale experience!!!. Long term relationships last when based upon sound advice and trust. I have both with Alliance. My lender is local, and I like that. It was nice to have closed on time and the staff gets high marks for attention to detail. One cannot afford issues when dealing in an investment of this size. what can I say...I have known Mike Mandis a long time for a reason. These folks work hard for your business. And I will see you next time.

We felt like we were the most important customer!. Working with Mike and the Mandis team is a great experience! Prior to settlement Mike took the time to explain the nuances of settlement in terms we understood. We went to settlement confident that everything would be in place and, it was. Mike and the Mandis team made settlement the easiest part of our home buying experience! Our refinance experience was just as satisfying, it was quick, efficient, and everything was in place, we just had to sign. Excellent service! We highly recommend the Mandis team to everyone we know who is interested in buying, refinancing, or just curious about their mortgage or home buying options.
