Rude and disrespectful. I took my truck in asking them to tell me what was making the squeaking sound. No one told me there be a diagnostic charge to tell me. When they brought the list out I was told it be 120$ I never signed anything for work to be done or was told about the fee. They expected me to read the sign behind the desk. For one I have a reading problem and after they were informed of it they still didn't care. I was told I had to pay 120$ to get my car back or get the work done. I was just trying to price around for the best deal. When I decided to get some kind of work I was refused and told pay 120$ or if I didn't have it get out until I did. The manager wouldn't speak to me. The family runs the place and treat people like dirt. I understand 40$ maybe but 120$ for no work! It's not right and bad business. Do not go they are over priced and very rude.

no problems. first time here- vehicle towed in. front desk was helpful and mechanic even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my truck. they pulled my truck right in, and were able to fix it that afternoon. after they gave me an estimate i called around to check prices for the same repair and not only was their estimate lower, it saved me over $220. will come back. very satisfied.

Honest & Affordable. Never had any issues with this shop.. honest and reliable in vehicle recommendations. Affordable pricing and good service. Have been dealing with Dave for years, glad to see his family working there too.

Worst place to take your car!. The WORST auto repair service I have ever dealt with. Firstly, I had to take my car here twice to have the simple problem fixed. They didn't even plug in the sensor when they replaced it. Secondly, my book of 150+ CD's was stolen from my car when it was in their possession. After several phone calls and none returned, I went there to get some answers, and the owner, Dave, refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever. He was nothing but rude and cowardly. Do not take your vehicle here, unless you want to be disrespected by an ignorant idiot and have your items stolen.

very satisfied customer. This was my first visit and I have to say, I was extremely happy with the service. My car wouldn't start last week during the snow, and they were able to send a tow truck right away to pick me up. They brought me back to the shop, got my car in right away, and were even able to fix it same day (actually.. same afternoon!). The people behind the counter were pleasant and helpful and the price was actually lower then I expected... plus they didn't even charge me for the tow!!! I will certainly be telling all my friends, family members, and business associates about this shop... they have earned my trust and my business from now on!

Ripped Off and Disrespected. Took the car in to have front brakes and broken lights replaced. They did front and back brakes (the back ones without authorization) and lied about replacing the lights.

Expected the price to be $300-400. Ended up being $530, so we were forced to payed $200 more than expected for services that were not requested. We then drove off only to realize that my right high beam and tail light were both still broken.

We made a fuss at the office about being cheated into the unexpected price, and the service was extremely rude and refused to compromise or even apologize.

NEVER taking my car there again.
