Great Service. I have a bichon/shih tzu mix that is a little over a year old. I have been taking him to The Dog Wash for the last year and have always been happy with them. They don't make my dog sit there all day and call me as soon as they are done. Samantha has always been very nice to my puppy. I will continue to go back to them.

Accommodating, talented groomers!. Have used Dog Wash repeatedly over past few years for grooming as well as do-it-yourself bathing. Have always had great experiences. Most places I tried previously would keep my dogs all day, crated, and groom when they could. Dog Wash grooms upon arrival. I stay to console my 2 Bichon dogs as they are scaredy "cats" when it comes to grooming. The groomers don't mind at all and work very well with both dogs. The results have always been good. I would highly recommend The Dog Wash in Ellicott City, MD

Great caring service. I own four dogs and have brought them there for years. They are very accomodating and my dogs always look great. I would recommend them highly.

Careless groomer. I have taken my dog to Dog Wash for grooming for awhile. However, the past few times, I noticed cuts on my dog's leg and underarm area. Mind you, my dog is extremely calm and friendly. The first time, the groomer actually acknowledged and apologized for the cuts. The second time and especially the last time, she simply said she did not noticed and that my dog might had scratched himself. These cuts obviously resulted from the clippers; they were deep and wide. I was so surprised and sad that my dog had to go through this over and over again. I've given them 3 tries already. I will never go back to this place again.

Wonderful Service!. We have been taking our Labradoodle to The Dog Wash for several years now for grooming and they do a great job! The staff is very friendly and flexible to what we need. My dog is like a child to me and and so I like to be there with her the whole time during the grooming. They don't mind this at all and understand my love for my dog-- for they are dog lovers too. The Dog Wash also has a variety of of high end Pet food . I searched for a specific brand all over Columbia and was thrilled to find that they actually had what I was looking for when the others didn't. AND, earlier in the year I was looking for a collar that matched my dogs old leash. I had never gotton the matching collar and found it was basically an "older model" and discontinued. I called The Dog Wash and asked for assistance and they tracked down a place that still had some left and ordered it for me... now that is customer service! Tomorrow I will try out their do it yourself dog wash since my husband is out of town and I need help getting the dog in the tub for a bath-- should be easier and less messy there anyway--go to the Dog Wash-- it's great!!

Great selection of high end human grade pet food. I found the Dog Wash when I was looking for a place to purchase high end dog food. I have a precious 4 year old wirehaired doxie and a 9 year old Scottie. They carry a pretty wide variety of natural, healthy high end dog food that is hard to find. They also have great treats. I feed my dogs,"Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul' food (and the price is pretty good too)and "Wellness" treats. I know this is a matter of personal research and choice (what we feed our dogs) and my dogs love the food and are thriving on it. The staff is very helpful, personable and knowledgeable about the different brands of food they offer.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and genuinely care about the animals and people they serve. You can also 'do it yourself' dog wash which features a high tub and long moveable shower head, and they offer full grooming services. You can watch the washing and grooming going on while you're browsing and purchasing food, treats, etc.

I haven't had my dogs groomed there. I've been washing and "stripping" my wire haired doxie myself since she was a pup and my Scottie (who we adopted when she was 7) has been going to the same groomer (although, she does receive her share of baths in between visits!)since before she joined our family. If I needed a groomer and lived a bit closer, i would take my dogs there to be groomed though!

I would def. recommend The Dog Wash for your pets nutritional needs, b/c they offer very high quality, human grade, some organic, and special diet food esp. since the outbreak in tainted pet food. My dogs have been on this food for quite some time before that, but it makes me feel better knowing that these foods available for our beloved friends.

Quick and easy... highly recommend it!!. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Facilities well taken care of and everything worked well. I will go to Dog Wash again!

Wonderful Place to Take You Pet!. The Dog Wash is such a wonderful place. They do a great job each time, and I highly recommend them.

Bad grooming. Don't assume these people know anything about what a particular breed should look like. Butchered our dot - an outdoor dog - to the point we were afraid to leave him outside in the cold. Took no responsibility for the bad grooming.
