Very Nice Place. I've been to Jilly's on several ocassions and always thought it was a well run place.

Last night my wife and I had dinner there. I had a class of New Castle Brown and we shared Chicken Fiatas. It was very good. The waitress could not have been better.

Also Jilly's has 23 beers on tap which makes them a rival of Frisco Grille for most beers on tap in Howard County.

Great Food. This place is a great place to go to watch the game. The food is great...crab dip, wings, quesadillas, and ribs are my fav. I'm glad new management took over. I can see improvements already. The staff is really friendly and the beer is cold and keeps on coming. Great place to go!!!

Come back old Jilly's!. I used to frequent Jilly's before new management took over. Not now. I gave them two chances to redeem themselves. Food takes too long, good luck getting seated, waitresses get lost. Such a shame...it was a great place.

Jillys has improved!. What a difference, much improved menu, but it is still mostly bar/grill food. Excellent Happy Hour, Monday-Friday 4-7, 1/2 price appitizers, $2 bottles. Sunday & Monday football specials, $2 bottles, 1/2 price pizzas & 25 cent wings. TVs are not HD, so if you go for football do not expect great pictures. Other bars in Ellicott city do have HD, so shop around. Avoid any type of Karoke or "beer" pong nights as they are a waste of space & noise.

menu leaves a lot to be desired. there is nothing good on the menu, it is passable the first time you go,but there is no reason to return ,the beer is over priced and the happy hour is virtully non existient
