Beautiful location, wonderful staff!. Envy is in this quaint old house in Historic Ellicott City that has a ton of windows so you're surrounded by beautiful scenery whichever room you're in. It's a really relaxing experience and the staff is really warm and knowledgeable. I went in for hair extensions so that I could grow my bangs out more easily and I love them!
