There are so many people that are complaining about your Columbia Maryland branch. The rudeness, the manager is apathetic. I keep hearing about all they bad things and just want to warn anyone of how poorly the experience will be.

My friends and I believe that they care so little for their customers that they would rather lose them then apologize.
La Madeliene has the worst customer service and they don't take resposibility for it.
I know at least 18 people that have been turned off by their poor communicatoin skills, poor customer service and their apathetic behavior.
When you reach out to them only to find out they will promise to 'Make Things Right' and never call.
They blocked people who just want to be heard that they are disgusted by the disregard for what is professional.
