Starcom Design Build did my kitchen as well and I get RAVE reviews from folks that see both projects they've done for me. They were professional to work with and Tim Welch "got" the house design and style and the new work fit in absolutely fantastic!!! I have already recommended them to friends that are not quite ready to go ahead with their projects.

I had a terrible experience with Starcom Design Build. There were 4 others who filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland and Maryland's Attorney General has a case against them. Beware. There is one licensed individual on record with this company (if he actually exists, I never saw him). The people sent to our home from the salesman to the plumbers were not licensed or qualified to perform any home improvement. They wanted over 85% of the job price to do the job before any work was started, sent a derelict to do the worst paint job I had ever seen before any of the actual construction project was done and when I repeatedly called to speak to the owner who was supposed to be licensed and qualified he was never available and never called me back. The job was not done and I did not get my money back. Will have to pursue MHIC and BBB and hope for some resolution.

Well Done!. We recently hired Starcom Design Build to renovate several areas of our home. We loved their showroom, lot's of different products that we hadn't seen in other showrooms. The design work that we could view was helpful in giving us a clear idea as to what they were proposing and what options were available. Our products did take about 4 weeks to come in but once they started it was great to see our dreams take shape. We took down some walls, our house is about 35 years old, added a sunroom a kitchen and redid the master bath. This was our first project, it was challenging but the Starcom folks were great to work with, so glad we picked them.

Love our bathrooms. Starcom helped us design (including layouts and color schemes) two full sized bathrooms from our previously oversized walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom.

We now have two beautiful bathrooms to enjoy and have increased the value of our home.

I'm sitting in my new bathroom right now!. Thank you Starcom for designing the best bathroom that anyone could ask for. I asked them to install a large counter so that I could place my stuff onto - it's perfect. There were right on budget, and the renovation was completed right on time. Thank you Starcom for everything! I'll make sure to tell all my friends about you.
