Slow-smoked barbecue and down-home sides dished up in a roadhouse setting..
In Short
Famous Dave's recipes began as a hobby for Dave Anderson, who opened his first 'cue shack in Hayward, Wisc., in 1994. Now a national phenomenon, the restaurants cater to diners who dig into finger-licking-tasty meat. The menu features chopped pork, Texas brisket, baby back ribs and fire-kissed chicken slathered with signature sauces like vinegary Georgia Mustard. Entrees, some of which arrive atop a garbage can lid, come with corn on the cob, drunken apples, baked beans or slaw.

Pretty Good BBQ.
Basically, I thought it was a good value for what you're getting. The ribs were expecially tastey, but I didn't like the restaurant experience so much.

excellent barbecue.
Our server was very courteous and the food was great. The Feast for Two was far more than my fiance and I could eat (enough for another meal at home). The barbecue was great and I liked the sauces on the tables as well. Highly recommended.

This is the best BBQ i ever had! It's juicy and cooked to perfection everytime. The sauces are amazing i like the sweet and zesty the best! If you are taking a bunch of people out this is the way to go. You get tons of food and a variety for everyone. Overall this place is GREAT!!!
