Beautiful Salon and Spa!! Can't wait to come back!!. I contacted Patrick's Hair Design after a bad haircut at another salon in hopes of getting my hair fixed within the next week or two. The front desk listened to what I had to say and seemed very empathetic with my previous experience and apprehension. They actually put the owner, Jodie, on the phone and she squeezed me into her already full schedule the very next day!! When I walked in the salon I was greeted by a very friendly front desk who made me feel as though I'd been coming there for years. Jodie promptly came up to greet me. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that she would be able to give me the look that I was originally wanting to achieve. All I can say is that I have never been happier with not only a salon and stylist, but the overall experience. I am thrilled with the level of customer service that I received. I can not wait to be a repeat client of Patrick's Hair Design and especially Jodie. She is fantastic!!

SARAH! SARAH! SARAH!. I bought the groupon deal and booked my first appointment at Patrick's Hair Design hesitantly. When it comes to my hair , I am very very very picky and I have a hair disease;so, keeping my hair pretty definitely keeps my morale high.

I did not specifically asked for Sarah but was appointed to her by the front office. When I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile, showed me around and made me feel like it was not my first time there. She listened and made sure that she understood what I really wanted.

She did a great match on my highlights, and also she cut exactly how I wanted it. Moreover, although my time was up, she blow dried and styled my hair to make sure I left the salon pretty:) Also, since I told her that I have a hair disease, she was more gentle on my hair then me.

Overall, I definitely suggest Sarah, and Patrick's hair design. I will definitely be back.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!. Jodie did nothing i asked for and i got completely ripped off as well she acted as if she didnt want to deal with my hair and was just trying to go home. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Anyone who is a stylist should book clients if you dont want to talk them!!! because now my hair looks a HORRIBLE and paid way to much money when i could have just gone to the hair cuttery if i wanted it butchered!! I WOULD MENTION TO EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE THE SERVICES ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

cool place. Love this place. I was referred to this salon through a friend of mine. She goes to Karen M (they gave 2 Karen's there) and I am so glad I went there to see her. She gave me great highlights and a really cute haircut. This place rocks. It's beautiful and roomy. Fran at the front desk is equally awesome.

Fantastic salon. Wow, this is a great salon. It's so pretty and clean and everyone is so friendly. My stylist was Karen and I loved the way she did my hair. She gave me highlights and a haircut and it looks great. I have gotten many compliments on it. Thanks Karen!

I walked into the biggest most beautiful salon I had ever been in.. I walked into I think the biggest, most beautiful salon I had ever been in, and i didn't have to wait very long to see Winni, who gave me a fantastic perm !!!!! I walked out of there a new woman!!!!!!! I got terrific hair and I still had quite a bit of money left over for the reasonably priced products.

Timely and friendly service. Great products and a wide variety of services!. I have been going to Patrick's Hair Design to see Shan for years. I love it and will never go anywhere else! Everyone there is extremely friendly and they make me feel so comfortable. All the other stylists remember my name and always say hello and stop by to chat. Shan has cut my hair since I was young and I have never been unpleased about a single cut or color. She is also very stylish and up to date, so she knows what cuts are popular and in-style. In addition, Shan did every single one of my up-dos for high school events such as prom, homecoming, etc. She is the UPDO QUEEN. I have never recieved so many compliments about my hair. They were both creative and elegant. Shan will def. be doing my hair for my wedding. In my opinion, Patrick's is the best hair salon in the Columbia area.

Great Experience. I had been looking for a place to get my hair done for a while. A co-worker of mine said " Oh, you have to go she my hair dresser Shan". So, even though I am coming all the way from Towson- I decided to give her a try. I am glad I did! She was wonderful. I have FINALLY found MY hair dresser. I would recommend anyone to Patricks to see Shan.
