This Salon is Just OK. I have been to this salon and I must say it is not as terrible as one of the review but is no where near as good as the other. I think it is just OK. Nothing special. Very pricey. Not very busy.

Awesome And Great Talent. I have say that Salon 23 Is Great have ton's of Talent and would Reccommend Them to everyone.

and anybody that say's otherwise is just to try and ruin someone .

salon23online this is the worst salon in the state, unskilled, overpriced, unprofessional. do yourself a favor and pick one of the many other salons in fallston. this salon lacks the talent to do really good hair and it is so expensive i can get my hair done better two times for the price of one visit there.
