She is truly an artist when it comes to blending color and highlights to create a very natural, beautiful look. Jackie has been my stylist for several years now and hopefully for several more. This is because she truly listens to what her customers want and then she delivers with expert quality. Jackie was also the stylist for my wedding -- doing all the hair and makeup for the bridal party...EVERYONE loved how they looked that day...especially the bride :) Never worry again about finding a TOP stylist in Harford -- just go to Salon 23 and ask for JACKIE!

Great Salon. I was going down to White marsh to get my hair done. I live in Fallston. I had to go to a wedding and wanted my hair styled. I recently hurt my leg and was unable to drive. So I relied on my husband to take me around. I saw the salon on Bel Air road but I never went in before. I made an appointment to have my hair styled.

I walked in and was taken right away. Maria styled my hair for me. She styled it in a way I never did before. It really looked great! I was a new person. It is so....much easier for me to do it myself. My husband said I looked like a new woman.

I don't know about you. But before I go to something fancy like a wedding. I get the shakes when I put on my make-up. Maria was able to do my make-up to. I don't wear a lot of make-up so she listened to me and did not put a lot on.

I was so impressed with my hair, I went back a week later and had her color my hair. I was really nervous about this because she never colored my hair before. My hair is fine and it is dry in the back. I was really concerned on how she was going to match my color, since she never has done my hair before. It turned out great! I actually never had my hair colored like she did it. But she did a wonderful job.

I met hair husband Sal who also works there. They are both professionals. I saw how Sal did a womans hair while I was there. It really did look good on her. She was really happy about it. I even told her how nice it looked.

This will be my new salon from now on. Maria will be my new stylist. If Maria is unavaible I will not hesitant to have Sal do my hair. After seeing what he did to the woman who was there.

I have told my family and friends about the Salon. They have reasonable prices. Plus they are right down the road from where I live.

Best Mens Cuts. What a great place! I passed it every day after work, and just happened to need a haircut for a meeting the next day. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, and was lucky to sit in Sal's chair. I was very pleasantly suprised. What I didn't know was that he is a Master Barber and has 30 yrs experience. Can't find that in the cuttery or anywhere in Harford County. I got an awesome haircut, great conversation and a coupon for my wife. Will bring my kids in next. Best deal in town!

Best that all harford county has to offer.. I went in to this place not too long ago for my cousin's senior prom, and i decided to go with her. First thing is first. The place looks like a museum. The floors, colors, pictures, lighting, etc. is all perfect and pristine. The place is an average size, but compared to other salons in the area, it is pretty big. They outweigh the other salons so much. I just went with my friend to give her company, but after i saw how they did her hair, i had mine done just like hers. This is a top-of-the-line salon. They will make a masterpiece out of any head of hair you give them. Great location. Great expertise, and GREAT service. Once you go to this place, you will be hooked.

P.S. Ask for Sal. He did my hair. He's great.

Great service. I recently scheduled my appoint here to get my hair fixed up for a small get-together I was going to with a couple of my close friends. I went into the place and it looked pleasing. It looked very professional compared to the other salons in the area. This was my first time going to salon 23 and it was very nice. The people are very pleasing to talk to and they know how to carry on a conversation. A+

Excellent high quatlity salon with very professional, skilled stylists!. This salon has so much to offer at a very competitive price! The quality is excellent, very professional highly skilled stylists! I would recommend to everyone I know that lives in the area & have had many many compliments on my hair! Definately the salon to be at to get the best styles by the very best stylists!

Top Salon, Stylists can't be beat... ask for Maria!. Salon 23 is excellent... the owners, the staff and the quality of work is seriously good... I would travel 3 hours just to sit in Maria's chair... she has a following of clients that goes back 20+ years!! My son is 34, and she did his first haircut... needless to say, it was love at first site and he's been picky about his PERFECT cut since! And DITTO for me... my hair and COLOR is fabulous... I get comments every single day of the month on my CUT and COLOR... expensive, try a couple other salons, and see how expensive THEY are... Maria has ALWAYS held the price for as long as she can... but people do have to make a living and inflation hits every service and product in the world, just look at the price of GAS.

20+ years and counting!!. Maria has been my stylist for over 20 years. She does such a great job that I travel 2 hours just to have her continue with me. I live in Trenton, NJ, but don't trust anyone else to style my hair!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend her and Salon 23!!!

Best Hair Salon!!!. I have been going to Salon 23 for 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased, The staff is wonderful and the salon is always clean and upeat !!! Maria does my hair and I love her ! She is kind and sweet and pays attention to only me when I am in the chair!! She listens to me babble and lends her advice to me. She is totally professional and I constantly get compliments on how wonderful my hair looks... I am sorry to whomever is leaving such negative feedback, seems your just a miserable soul who wants to slander and hurt other people.... This salon will survive with your comments, its a great place !!!! And I do believe your a ex employee who I have met and seen work or lack there of ! Find somewhere else to vent, this is a Quality salon and people will figure that out on their own.

Url Traceable. It is a sad day When A person has nothing better to do than to slander and defame a person, Unfortunately everything sent on the internet is traceable by the URL. That is being done now . We apolagize to our clients for this mail fraud, We would not have been on business for 29 years had this bogus allegation been true.
