Best Products and Prices in Baltimore area. Of the many benefits that Wood Floors Plus boasts, perhaps the biggest is their prices. I shopped around for new flooring for my house at Home Depot, Lowes, and other big market stores. Not only does Wood Floors Plus have a much larger selection in-stock, their prices were consistently 25-40% lower for the exact same products. As I mentioned, their selection is much more extensive than all of their competitors, and with prices this low, I am surprised every time someone tells me they buy flooring from anywhere else.

Their customer service is fantastic, despite what some of the other posters have stated. Each time I went in to the store to browse, a knowledgeable associate was there to help and offer suggestions for choosing the right type of flooring for our home. Since this is a specialty store, I didn’t have to wait for someone “who works in this department” to help me. Thanks to their low prices, I was able to get a superior product and still under-run my initial budget.

As I’ve recommended this to all my friends and family, Wood Floors Plus is the only store in the area that can offer the products of a national chain store at a large discount with no loss of quality.

Great Service and Prices. When I had all my floors redone in my house, I went to Wood Floors Plus and would recommend them to anyone. Prior to going there, I looked at flooring at larger retail stores. They couldn't compete with the prices or the options at Wood Floors Plus.

I had someone walk around with me the entire time to help me pick out the right tile, carpet and wood flooring for my house. They even encouraged I take samples home to see the colors in the natural light of my house. I couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. A friend that is a realtor even commented, that our kitchen now has the "wow" factor because of the tile.

I've recommended them to numerous family and friends, all who have been happy with the service and prices. Most recently I referred a contractor to WFP who was doing other work on our house and he has been using them as his main resource for flooring.

Great Value!. I just bought a house that needed a lot of repairs. A friend told me that they purchased their floors from here. I took a look at their website to get an idea of what they had and saw some great products. When I went to their showroom, I was impressed. I couldn't believe the choices I had to pick from.

I needed to move into my house soon, so I was in a bit of a rush to get my floors. Fortunately everything I needed was at their warehouse and I picked everything up the same day I picked it out.

I installed the floors myself and they turned out amazing! I am very happy with my entire experience with Wood Floors Plus, and would recommend them to anyone.

not contractor friendly. As a contractor business has been really slow for about 2 years. When I do get a customer it means a lot to me. I have bills to pay and a family to feed as do a lot of people. With the way the economy is I want to save my customers as much money as possible, so I send them to wood floors plus. They really have the cheapest prices around for all kinds of flooring. Unfortuntly they allow other contractors to hang out and try to win over other contractors customers. My first customer went in and was approached by a gentleman and was asked what they were looking for and how many square feet. My customer asked if he worked there and he said "no, but the owners allow him to get work from there" they told him that they already had a contractor and he asked them how much I charged and was trying to give them a cheaper price. They ended up buying from somewhere else. It was a shame because they spent more money but felt something was wrong with a company that has random contractors hanging out trying to get work. I have had 3 other customers tell me the same thing. On the wood floors plus website there is a link to ask a question. Yesterday I sent a question asking them what the deal is? They responded by saying that they had an employee that was doing work on the side and that he was "fired" and that the situation was "under control" well guess what, it happened again yesterday this time I got a company name. It was a company called "swat flooring" and apparantly he just sits there and approaches customers and tries to get work. Well here is a warning to contractors, D0 NOT send your customer there. Go with them! Times are hard and we want to keep our customers.

great prices. It's a warehouse with plenty of samples and great prices.Do a little research before you go and get an idea of what you want. If your one of those types that wants there butt kissed, than go to a high end flooring store where you will pay double the price and get ripped on installation- Ive done at least 10 homes with this outfit and will do business with no other

Best Value in Flooring. My wife and I were looking for flooring to replace the worn out carpet in our basement. We had been to some stores closer to us and Home Depot, but the selection was always limited and the pricing sky high. Some friends told us about Wood Floors Plus and we checked it out. They have rows and rows of samples of in stock flooring. The prices are the best around. You look straight into their warehouse and see the volume of flooring they stock. We strongly recommend this company

very helpful. Visited WFP for the first time today. Ample parking area, easy to get back out to RT 2 by cutting through MVA. Very informative salespeople,explained different grades of flooring, warrenties and the order pickup process and availabilty. Very clear on their return policy. Lots of samples to choose from, many different manufacturers. When I am ready to purchase I will be shopping at WFP.

Great Online Experience. I purchased a large amount of wood flooring from wood floors plus online. I don't live in MD, so I can't rate the place based on an actual visit, but I can tell you about my online experience...it was excellent. I have to admit that I was nervous about making a large purchase online, but I'm glad I did. I saved $1/sq ft over the next lowest online price and their shipping rate was half of their competitors (moldings are much less expensive as well). The boxes arrived within 4 days of my order in mint condition. The flooring itself is exactly what I had expected and it looks beautiful...I have one more room to lay. The service I received was ,all via email, was excellent. Before buying, I asked numerous questions over a two week period about the flooring, recommendations on installation, etc...and every question was responded to the same day with thourough answers from the same person. I know where I will be looking when my next flooring project comes up.

Terrible customer service. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Not only was the staff not helpful, they were downright rude. One employee made such a snotty comment to me that I will never purchase from them again. Their staff needs some serious customer service training!!
