Great Service and Great Service for the $$$

ZBest was great. The limo picked up all the guys, brought them to the church, then picked up all the girls, and waited, and brought everyone to the reception and left. (We hired other transportation to bring the entire wedding party, plus all of the guests staying at our hotel, back to the hotel at the end of the reception.)

The limo was on time, and the driver was professional and had a great sense of humor.

When I called ZBest to reserve the limo, I was curious about the Hummer stretch limo. The man I talked to asked how many people I had (when the entire bridal party was in it, we had about 22) and said that we would all be much more comfortable in the company's limo-bus. The limo-bus was half the price of the Hummer limo, and while both vehicles would have fit our group, the limo-bus was much more comfortable, just as luxurious, and I was really surprised that he recommended the less expensive vehicle, even though it happened to be the best vehicle for us. I guess I was assuming that everyone I spoke with would try to push us to spend as much money possible - but it's encouraging that ZBest really did have our comfort and convenience in mind.

Awsome Service

ZBest did perfectly. I booked them for an SUV limo for the wedding party to go take pictures and then take us over to the ceremony. I booked very late, just a week or two before my wedding, so it was awesome that they were available. Because I didn't want to show my credit card/sign for it on the day of my wedding, they let me do a credit card authorization form in advance. So much more convenient. Also, a few days after I'd booked, I realized I wanted to change the timeframe a bit. They were totally flexible.

They called two days before to confirm the appointment, which puts a busy, stressed out bride at ease! They showed up on time, and drove us around for pictures, as requested. The driver was professional and made us feel safe. The limo was exactly as I'd requested, and big enough for all our 18 passengers! It is a bit expensive for only a few hours of service, but I do think they did a wonderful job.

Worst Service I have ever Experienced!!!!!

After the Limo broke down in the front yard I got a "well stinks to be you" attitude from the driver who then told me that they didnt have any other limos for me. They eventually sent a limo after we had already shuttled people in various cars and it was basically to late anyway. We requested a towncar for the end of the day I shouldnt have been surprised when he was rude and unhelpful as well. I wouldn't reccomend this company to my worst enemy.
