Small Town GEM.. OUTSTANDING. I have patronized the Cheaspeake Rent All since l976 through the prior owner and the current one. In the past 15 years I use their serv ices 4-5 times a year. I have always received good service. My calls are always answered promptly and courteously. I have attended events for years where the tents and equipment have been provided by Cheaspeake and never heard a compliant. Havre de Grace is a small town. You don't survive in business for 44 years without consistently meeting needs. I have no problem recommending people to use them.

Just Pathatic. We had got chairs from them for an event, the things were so darn dirty, and broken, then beats it all the linens were dirty as well, As the reviewer above stated, They will not return calls to us as well, I would stay away from this company at any cost, that you need rentals, there are much better company's out there than this one.

Not worth the risk, better vendors in the area. Disappointed with Chesapeake Rent All's service. Ordered 2 tents for an outdoor event, their initial contact and service was good, but then they showed up with the wrong sizes and only two people to set up. They had to both go back and get the right size tents, by the time they came back and actually got set guests were already on site. It was highly unprofessional and embarrassing to my business, there's nothing worse than an unreliable vendor. I mentioned this poor experience to colleagues in the area and they told me that the owner has a history of employees with drug problems. It's only hearsay, but their performance was indicative of something going on. I've left multiple messages with the owner regarding partial refund for late delivery (clear violation of contract) but no answer, no return call. Avoid these guys, there are better vendors in the area.
