This customer took many hours to look at samples and purchased top quality hardwood that he selected at a special sale - at 1/2 price that included non-returnable terms - of which he understood a the time of purchase. He decided he did not like it after it was delivered.There was nothing wrong with the wood and we installed in 2 other projects. He was refunded 100%.
