Excellent. I love this hair salon. Sally is exceptional. I often email her the day after a service, just to thank her for the great job she did on my cut and color. The staff is professional and friendly.

People often ask me where I get my hair done, and I love the compliments!

Expensive and bad haircut. I am new to the area and went here after noticing their sign from Fells Point Futon. I was disappointed because I had made an appointment and they made me wait 25 minutes past my appointment time even though Sally knew I was there. They did not even take me back to shampoo. When I finally got back I explained that I just wanted her to follow allong with the cut I had and only do a trim. Too much was taken off and I hate this haircut. It wasn't cheap to boot. I should have went to Great Clips nearby.

Give yourself a boost !. I LOVED MY FACIAL! Everyone was friendly and wonderful.

Consistently Great Service!!. I love 100 West's staff and services!! I receive compliments after having my hair done everytime. Have even had strangers ask me what salon I go to! I also enjoy their nail services. The massage pedicure chairs are great and all the nail techs are friendly & fun! Another treat for me is the massage services. Not only is it very relaxing, it is also therapudic (worked out all the kinks and stress from my neck and shoulders).

I highly recommend this warm and family friendly salon.

TWO FACED. This used to be a fun salon.People started to change not mentioning names,the front desk got just rediculos.You never no who to trust. Alot of back stabbing.I would not recommend this so called salon.

Did not like. I didn't see my past review but I did not enjoy it. It was very expensive and they wanted me to get all this unneeded service and I did not like smell.

Wonderful!. I love this hair salon! It feels like a close knit community and they do a wonderful job!
