pushy sales rep. I had my initial consultation and the sales rep was very pleasant until the money part of the presentation was discussed. First of all I explained to the rep that I was not ready to start the remodelling process at the initiation of the consultation, yet at the end of the consult when financing and scheduling placement was discussed the rep became very aggressive, pushy and rude. I politely explained that I didn't want to make a commitment on any level due to my current financial situation. The rep then began making very offensive remarks like "If you weren't ready to start this project, why am I here" and "You are basically wasting my time" I have never experienced such rude behavior during an estimate or consultation. The product seems to be nice, but this experience just leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I'm not sure if I will go forward with bath fitter!

WORST BATHROOM MAKEOVER EVER. I paid over $6500.00 not realized all they did was do a cover up to areas they were gonna repair first!! They is a ton of MOLD growing underneath and I had to pay to have it totally ripped out!! I am in the process of legal action against this company. They try to camflouage dirt and damage and it actually will grow disease and made my family sick after a year!!! DONT DO THIS!! HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!!
