Shell Game. Terrible experience. My wife bought me a car starter for Christmas. We had to wait an entire month for an appoitment they were then late to. Once inside, they first wanted to force me into an upgraded system because "it was the car's fault" and then they added equipment onto the prepaid package. Got a refund and rolled. Never again.

Hands Free Phone Hook-up - Quick and Helpful. I really needed to be able to use my phone to place and receive calls while driving. This new law had me worried about getting pulled over for using the phone. Car Worx set me up with a new bluetooth enabled head unit that sync with my blackberry. They were quick and very helpful in showing me how to use the new set up. I recommend them to anyone.

A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I went to this place because they said they were a viper remote starter dealer, However the sales guy didnt really want to help me pick out a system at all. and quite frankly he didnt have a whole lot to choose from. I'll shorten this up for you, I spent twice as much as originally quoted, I've been back 3 times to have things fixed, They burned my door panel w/ a soldering gun(which they wont admit too). And after asking to speak to a manager numerous times, I was told that he was not in and to call back later. I have since taken my car to another shop and had everything rewired, they showed me the type of connections that were used, It was horrible. I dont usually complain about much, but I feel like people need to know about the kind of work these people do, so that they will do themselves a favor and stay away.
