Love this place! Been coming to KHS for over 5 years and have always walked away totally satisfied. Staff is friendly and professional; store is always clean and has a great chill atmosphere.

Bad mani pedi, salon dirty, not worth the groupon. I used a group on for haircut and mani/ pedi. The gal was very nice but it was the worst mani pedi I have ever had and they had a very limited selection of nail colors - not what was described for the group on. The gal was very inexperienced and the nail polish is already chipping! It's been 2 days since I had it. I will say that Judy gave me a lovely massage and I would go back for that again. Also the salon isn't very clean......I hate that, gross!

Locks of Love or Locks of Rip-Off‎. I donated my hair to "Locks of Love" at The Keith Harris Salon on Friday 10/1/10. Not only did I NOT get the style I wanted (the girl never even looked at the picture and left it laying on the counter), but I was charged $40.00 for the "style". The last time I donated my hair, the "style" was free as it was with everyone else I have ever talked to who did the same thing at other salons. That's why it's called a DONATION. I will NEVER step foot back in that salon. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and I should have been told BEFORE hand that there was a charge. What a rip-off. It made a feel good moment feel ripped off. I contacted several other salons and absolutely NO ONE ELSE charges for a style after a donation. They should be ashamed of themselves for making a profit from an organization like "Locks of Love". Receptionist was also very rude when I called back and asked why I was charged. I have put out the word on this place! I wouldn't have my dog groomed there.

Great salon!. I love this salon! Convenient location with lots of parking. Very friendly salon with stylists who listen to what you want!

Best salon experience in 30 years. Finally, a hairdresser that listens. Was told each product being used and got the best scalp massage during the shampoo. Very personable staff. This one is a keeper even though I will have to drive over an hour to get there. Really made me feel special not part of an assembly line.
