My kids both attended White Marsh Child Care on Winding Way for several years and spanned most of the age ranges for which they offer care. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for working parents, helping with the problems that can occur during drop off. The owner, really cares about the children in her care, and makes it a point to move from room to room each day and make sure that quality care is being given consistently. The cost is average for the area, but the quality of care makes this center superior to others in their area. We no longer attend the center, due to moving from the area, but both of my kids still talk about the fun they had while attending this center and how much they learned. I recommend this center to my friends whenever I know they are looking for day care in the White Marsh area.

The daycare center on East Joppa road is a joke! There is nothing but young if not teenage staff running this place. The director named Carol is unfriendly and I can only imagine how she is behind closed doors. Jen is the assistant director and is clearly a joke. She does nothing with the kids and is always out of her room. Personally I feel safer leaving my child at Walmart with all the adult supervision there verses this place. Many other parents feel the same way, no wonder it's the cheapest center around the area! You get what you pay for, nothing.
