Very shady place

You get what you paid for. All teachers/helpers are very very young college, some are high school kids. So it is cheaper than other centers.
1. Their 18 months old and 2 year old classes are in the same room, half of the room is divded by a border. 18 months to 2 year old are on the left, and 2 to 2.5 are on the right. My child started with the 18 months old class. When September comes, she just turned 19 month, they moved her to the 2 yr old class, they just want to make more room for new enrollments (more money). The 2 yr class is with ratio of 1:6, everyone knows that by law younger than 2 has to be 1:3 ratio. And they are going to charge us the same rate as under 2. I complained, the director promised not to move my child to the 2yr class, but I noticed that all her stuff were moved over to the 2yr side, and the teacher of 2yr side was taking care of her. I just lost trust in these people, and I pulled my child out of this place.
2. You will not see the people who were with your child most of the day when you pick your child up, b/c they all left at 3 or 4pm. if you have a quesiton or found something wrong with your child, all you get is" I don't know, I just got here" from the teenage helpers from the afternoon shift. Very frustrating...
What a joke, more like a teenage hangout!

The daycare center on East Joppa road is a joke! There is nothing but young if not teenage staff running this place. The director named Carol is unfriendly and I can only imagine how she is behind closed doors. Jen is the assistant director and is clearly a joke. She does nothing with the kids and is always out of her room. Personally I feel safer leaving my child at Walmart with all the adult supervision there verses this place. Many other parents feel the same way, no wonder it's the cheapest center around the area! You get what you pay for, nothing.
- Pros: Parking right in front of building
- Cons: Playground built on parking lot, NO GRASS
