As a business professional and a male, I look for a comfortable setting with a diverse work staff. My experience was less than perfect. End result was a great style but the unprofessional attitude of the front desk and particularly the manager, Kimberly, will keep me from returning. Professional staff = happy clients. When that happens I may give another chance.

I have been going to Image Creators for close to three years now. Things have happened now and again in that time. Sometimes it has been my fault, like yesterday showing up at the wrong time. I thought it was a 9:00 a.m. appointment, in fact it wasn't till 11:30 p.m. I made the mistake yet the young lady at reception tried to see if Vivian could go a head and take me at 9. It was not possible but, she tried, to save me the extra trip. I found that very thoughtful.
On one other occasion there was a booking issue where the same time slot got double booked for the same tech. I was moved to a later time slot. Apologizes were made and later Kimberly came and gave a very worth while gift to say they were sorry for the mix up. I was very surprised! It was a mistake that was no one in particular's fault. Computers! You been there a time a two I'm sure.......... Well. if you been living in this world for any real length.
I always find the staff very accommodating and have gone OUT OF THEIR WAY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION!
AWFUL. This place is awful or shall I say my experience. Went in to see Devin. SPECIFICALLY asked not to have dark harsh ueven hair. Exactly what I received. It was soo dry. Manager Kimberly said I could come in and have the color removed etc then colored AGAIN. Why should I go in and have my hair even more damaged. I told her I wanted a refund for the WHOLE service. I also paid $15 for a blowdry that I had to re-do once I got home. She was not the most pleasant person and refused. I HAVE never complained about my current salon and was looking for something more affordable. I ended paying the same amount for all over color and it WAS WORSE basically a hair cuttery experience. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE and my mother actually cancelled her appt after my experience. We were both trying to find a new salon. DONT GO.
Musical Chair Pedicure. I haven’t been to Image Creators in a long time, but I was visiting my mother in Severna Park and she surprised my with a pedicure appointment for the two of us. We arrived a few minutes early, checked in, and waited to be called back. My mother was almost immediately taken to her pedicure tub to get started, while I waited in the lobby. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the nail technician finally called my name. I didn’t mind waiting, I understand other customers may have come late or need special attention. When I headed towards the back where the pedicure chairs, there is a half wall that divides the four pedicure chairs. My mother was on one side of the wall, and I assumed I was to sit next to her since we booked the appointments for joint pedicures. I was wrong, they sat me on the other side of the wall away from my mother so I couldn’t even talk to her, and granite the tub next to her was vacant. The pedicure was going well; I was relaxing and enjoying the pedicure when I was interrupted by a store manager asking to move to another chair. I had to remove my feet from the warm water, dry my legs, and feet, then walk to the vacant chair next to my mother. I was furious, I am paying for a relaxing pedicure and I was asked to move to another chair in the middle of my pedicure, what’s relaxing about that? The store manager told me I was in the wrong chair to begin with, and it was reserved for someone else. Wow glad to see Image Creators is such a well-organized business.
Best Nail Services Ever.
I called Image Creators and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When making my appointment they descried the services to me and I ended up getting a Gel Color Manicure and an Eggnog Pedicure.
What a wonderful Treat. Not only was Renee my nail tech punctual but she was EXTREMELY pleasant. It was the Saturday before Christmas, December 17, and that place was busy. She still made me feel like the only client in the building.
When I checked out the Front Desk asked me how my services were and offered me a New Client bag filled with coupons for my next services. I loved this place sooo much I booked my next 2 months services. Totally Rocks!!!
Wonderful experience!. Kassandra is perhaps the best aesthetician I have ever been to in 20-plus years. Skin felt wonderful after all the waxing, with no stray hairs, or bumps, etc, plus she's very good company! Highly recommended.
Marnie Is Awesome!. I have to strongly disagree with prior reviews. This salon is first rate and Marnie is absolutely the best stylist! I lived in Los Angeles and have been to overpriced and big shot Hollywood stylists. Marnie cuts and colors better than they do and is professional and nice while she is practicing her craft. I have recommended her to my friends and they have all LOVED her.
poor choice for services. I have tried several times to make this place work for me. The one try at a facial resulted in a short session with broken equipment (the steam wouldn't work so she just sighed and said it was hard to fix it!). I had another appointment for waxing and less than a hour before I was to go, I was called to be told that it was on the books for 11 pm, not 11 am so I would have to reschedule!! HUH? Then my sister went for a manicure and the polish streaked and gunked and it took over an hour to try to fix and she has 2 hands that look totally different from each other. The owners are snooty and rude. It is just a mess there. Forget this place!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY! TERRIBLE!!!. Ladies save your money! I did not visit the salon but did get a pedicure there only last weekend. Total regret! I could go ANYWHERE and get better service than I did there. Prices are competitive of any spa however you don’t get what you pay for. I routinely get pedicures from various different places; I chose to go here because they offered a pedicure for girls under twelve. I thought it would be fun for me and my daughter to get our toes done together. Big mistake! My technician skipped half of the steps I am used to having preformed at other locations, including cleaning up my cuticles and when I questioned her about why the paint was lumpy, the response I got was “the paint is tricky”. These are only a few examples of my experience. It was a very disappointing experience. I recommend going else where.
Don't Use Marnie!. Don't use Marnie! First, she accused me of not keeping my appointment. She thought I was coming in 1/2 hour earlier, questioned me about my work and kids' schedule and still didn't believe me. Second, we discussed my trim and cost of $30. She barely snipped pieces of my hair, took her less than 5 minutes. My hair looked exactly the same. When I went to pay, she told the clerk the bill was $88!!! My jaw dropped! I was too shy to say anything at the time. Apparently she charged me for the missed appointment that she thought was mine. I will never let something like this happen to me again.
