Great Stylist in Baltimore. I had Julie look at my hair after having my hair butchered at a salon in SOBO. She was pragmatic and artistic in her approach and my cut and color turned out beautiful. I have been looking for a great stylist for several years now since moving here from NYC. I feel lucky to have found this place.

You will be glad you chose the Salon at Stevenson. Julie knows the fundamentals of cutting and coloring hair. She is the only stylist that I have found who can actually layer hair well and with precision. I have had terrible uneven haircuts from other salons and wondered how those stylist ever received a license to cut hair. Not with Julie. She knows what she is doing. She is very down to earth too. Not snobby at all. There's no arrogance in her Salon either. I feel comfortable going there unlike other Salons where gossip has gone on right in front of the customers. Communication is key with your stylist and I feel that I have that with Julie. She really tries to work with me. If you are looking for a good cut and color, then you should see Julie at the Salon at Stevenson.

I have been a loyal client because Julie is always telling me new things I can try and I love changing my hair, so we are a perfect combination.

Great Find!. Julie is fantastic! She gave me a great haircut which I liked so much I went back for color. The color is fabulous. Salon at Stevenson is close to my house and I decided to go there when I needed a haircut and couldn't bear the thought of going back to NYC for a decent haircut. I had been going to NYC for haircuts since I have yet to find a decent stylist in Baltimore - most of them are like so-so first dates - good enough on the first cut but every cut after the first gets worse and worse. Believe me, I think that I have been to at least two highly-rated salons in Baltimore in the twenty years that I have lived here. So, I figured going to Julie couldn't hurt. It turned out to be a great decision. Julie is not pretentious at all so there is no intimidation factor. She also listens to what you say about your hair and what you want. She gave me a stylish cut that looks great and is very easy for me to handle.
