roomstore. Two not so bright guys set up a home entertainment center for me and quickly shoved papers under my nose to sign off on as to the condition of the delivery. They should have noticed broken moulding which I saw on close inspection. They were supposed to send someone out on a work day to "make me happy" with a fix or replacement for the damaged furniture. The guy who came out took pictures and said I need a new piece. Great! But that has been about three weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing from the company about when they are going to make this right. If I don't get some satisfaction soon, I may paper the neighborhood with flyers about this shoddy business practice. Maybe I'll take legal action! I wouldn't feel this way if there was any effort on the part of the room store to really "make me happy." I'm just supposed to wait for their convenience to watch the home entertainment equipment that I bought to go on this furniture.
