Gone Down Hill.
We have had two bad experiences in a row. Shrimp that was warm, not "just" cooked, mashed potatoes that were almost liquid, long delays in getting the main course and slow response to take drink orders. The restaurant is somewhat noisy and does not have that warm, rich appeal. Entrance to the restaurant is poor, feels like you are going into a dingy office building. Years ago Morton's was my favorite steakhouse but no longer. At their prices, food and service should be much better. This particular location is well past its prime and others must agree ... we got reservations on a Saturday night during the holiday season that same day.

USDA prime beef, elegant tableside service and mammoth martinis..
In Short
With its dark wood details, celebrity photos and tuxedo-clad waiters, this upscale steakhouse chain has the air of a posh men's club. Service is professional and discreet, with bartenders making a mean martini. Dinners begin with a waiter-driven cart laden with fresh vegetables, live lobster and cuts of steak; customers choose from porterhouse, rib-eye, bone-in prime rib and more. Side dishes are traditional and enormous, from baked potatoes and creamed spinach to steamed broccoli with hollandaise.

Wonderful Experience.
My husband and I had a rare night without our children so decided to go to Morton's for dinner. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and we had tons of leftovers to take home. Our server recommended that we try the new carrot cake, which was delicious. Although, nothing beats their hot chocolate cake. We'll definitely be back.

Best Filet.
Not much you can say than an explosion of flavor in your mouth. The steaks are absolutely fantastic and the Creamed Spinach is awesome. You definitely pay but you know that going in. The wine list is very extensive with a bottle for what ever fits your fancy. Great dinning experience.....

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Being a chain steakhouse that has a good reputation, I was stunned by the awful service. Waitstaff was slow, dismissive and absurdly rude. Food was good, but the experience was ruined by the waiter. I've been to other Morton's and have enjoyed them, so I think it's just the Baltimore franchise.

Should Have Gone SomeWhere Else.
We waited a half hour before someone came to take our order & then it was another half hour before we received our food. I expected better service from an expensive restaurant. The steak was tender but not very flavorful. A server (not ours) kept my glass filled with soda during the wait & this same server brought us a complimentary dessert for our long wait. Our server never apologized.

Best steaks and martinis in Baltimore!.
Morton's has by far the best steaks in Baltimore, not to metion their incredible crab cakes and more. Don't forget to try the Godiva dessert or the apple pie both of which are worth every bite! Splurge for a "mortini", try the Appletini. The bar is a great place before an Orioles game. This is a hot spot for a romantic date. Worth every penny!

Fall in Love!.
This is the place to go if you wish to have a phenomenal dining experience! The service is top-notch and the steak is outstanding. The visual menu is a bit different, but it beats a paper menu. Everything was great about this restaurant from the waiter to the bathrooms. Don't forget to order the Godiva dessert 30 minutes in advance as they make it fresh for you or you'll wish you did (It's one for the record books).

This is a great place!.
Yes it is expensive, but we enjoy eating here. Great service, great food and a very nice wine list with something for everyone.
I love that you can order a lobster and a steak and they will split it and put on two plates for you. And, you can do the same with the salads because they are HUGE!! The staff will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy.
