The striking, Gothic Westminster Hall looms over its adjacent graveyard--the burial site of the city's founding fathers, four mayors, some war generals, and its most famous resident, Poe. The magnificent stone building (long a Presbyterian church, now entrusted to the University of Maryland) contains a restored floor-to-ceiling 1882 Johnson pipe organ and eerie catacombs that are frequented by tourists. Rentals are available.
