Inner Harbor restaurant gives a taste of Maryland with inexpensive seafood and a water view..
In Short
The $13.95 crab cake platter--with mashed potatoes, veggie of the day, cole slaw and tartar sauce--would be a bargain anywhere, much less at a prime Inner Harbor location. The restaurant, owned by the same people who brought us the higher-end Milton Inn, Kings Contrivance and Brass Elephant, is more casual than nearby Phillips, and also more reasonably priced. About half of the indoor seats provide clear views of the harbor, and the outdoor seating area is expansive.

City lights was the best. A group of seven of my friends all went to City Lights and t was awsome we are all 17 and they were very nice despite the fact that we are young. The owner came over and talked to us throughout our dinner our waitress was very attentive and nice. The food was awsome and they were very helpful with what we wanted and what we would enjoy. I will go there again and I highly recommend it.

GREAT PLACE.
We had a great experience here (3/2004). The entrees average $20 but our food was great & menu kid friendly. Our server was extremely pleasant & the owner even came over to introduce himself.
We would definetely return.

The Bottom of the Barrel. Excellent ...no scratch that... Well prepared... nope lets try again..... Boil-in-the-Bag food prepared and served by inexperienced summer help... Yea.. that about covers it!!!

romantic..amongst the tourists?. This place is nothing more than a tourist trap. Don't let people be fooled. Yes, it is in the "infamous" harbor, but it does not have any romantic possibilities. Kids, noise, crowds, is anything but romantic. Plus, the food and service are subpar and that is being kind.

Need For a Little Change. Wonderful food, but the decor needs to change...had a wonderful outdoor dinner overlooking the view, but the plastic chairs and tableclothes must go. A bit pricey, but great food and service. This restaurant just needs a little change in decoration and it will be superb!!
