Editorial Review. Popular waterfront cafe boasts casual dining with a view of the Inner Harbor.
Love Victor's. Victor's Cafe is my very favorite place to eat on the Inner Harbor. Their food and service is always top notch. They are a bit pricey, but it's always worth every penny. Can't wait to go back!
Reasonable for families. Victor's is a wonderful place to take the family especially children. It is priced reasonably, and you won't be upset if the kids mess over the food. Suggestion, the crab cakes and spinach dip with crab meat are ususally awesome.
summer fun. The food is average, nothing that stood out as remarkable. But the atmosphere is great, night or day, during the summer when you can sit outside along the harbor. It is very good if you have a large group.
Quality. Several months ago, 7 of us had dinner and could not wait to return - everything was delicious. After an experience 2 weeks ago, we will probably never go back. The food was cold, the crabcakes were overly seasoned, the prices too high for the quantity and quality of food. STAY AWAY
Nice view, food just ok. After taking my Mother there for her birthday dinner, all 8 of us agreed that while the view from victors is very nice, I've had much better food at a local diner than at this downtown "upscale" eatery
Chic!. The atmosphere at Victor's is fabulous. Service was very efficient and prompt. Restaurant is right on the water front of Inner Harbor East, with Dock surrounding. We ate during the colder months but it appears they have outdoor dining in the summer season. Food was great. Crab cakes were superb! Very small restaurant but quaint. Definitely recommend it! Prices very reasonable!
