The name of this relaxed grill is derived from "tugboa," and the seafaring theme is continued in an etched, white glass partition dividing bar from dining area. Otherwise, the bare, white walls feature solely two televisions. An aquarium adds a hint of color to the white-draped tables and the amply stocked wood bar. The menu includes everything from bruschetta to filet mignon, and from cream of crab soup to mussels in beer.
