3 Times and you are out!!. 3 TImes is NOT the charm here. The view of the harbor is great. All three times, horrible service, where they do not even acknowledge you are there.Never got to Restaurant area, this was all at the bar area, as a wait for restaurant, and then we said forget it!I can deal with a lot, as was a waitress/bartender for over 20 years, but attitudes stink here( sorry for all those who may really care there, I guess we just got the pits each time). Crab balls????small tasteless and not a representation of beloved Maryland heritage of flavor.

great view of the harbor. We drove down to the harbor and walked around before deciding on this restaurant with a balcony overlooking the harbor and the promenade. The view was excellent. The food less so. We both tried the brewerys ESB to drink. The beer was not as full bodied as it should be and slightly more bitter. Then we both ordered fish and chips. Bad mistake. The fish was Tilapia, which is a delightful fish when sauteed, unfortunately, in this case the batter covering the fish completely overpowered the fish, the large flaky pieces of fish that are a trademark of good fish and chips were non existent. Then to add insult to injury, the fries were prepackaged frozen fries.
