Outstanding Work and Friendly Staff. Let me start by saying this is only the second time in my life I have ever taken one of my vehicles to a mechanic to be worked on, I normally do all the work my self. Given how cold it outside I elected to take my car to a shop rather than freeze my butt off in my driveway (with age comes wisdom). I was then faced with the problem of what shop to take it to with no prior knowledge of any area mechanics. Brooks-Huff came highly recomended from many people in the building I work at. The staff was very friendly, I was given a upfront quote on what it would cost for a diagnosis, and was then given a call to see if I wanted the work to be completed. If ever I need to take one of my vehicles to a shop again in the winter months I will definatly return to Brooks-Huff.

Good, Honest Business--that's hard to find!!. My family and I have trusted Brooks Huff in Towson with our cars for YEARS--decades, actually.

My guess with the review by howard764 from 2005 is that he didn't request that they call him if the actual price for the work was over $50 above what they quoted. When you drop your car off--whether overnight or in person--there is ALWAYS the option to have the person doing the work call you with a re-worked estimate.

The men who work at BH have always been friendly, courteous, and honest with my whole family and me, and I trust them implicitly when it comes to car care. I highly recommend them.

bad way to do bussiness. they give you 1 price then when they are done they charge you another price.

mine was over $80.00 more.

when i told them i will never come back again they didnt care and they didnt even try to fix the problem,it was like ok we are use to this big deal.so this is my way to fight back by telling you all about it.
