We had a terrible experience. We didn't
have an appt, but stopped in to speak to them to see about making one. We walked into chaos in the front room and a mess of wedding dresses crammed on a rack behind a couch. The place feels dirty. No one addressed us upon entering, so while we waiting, my sister tried to look through some dresses. Apparently, that finally got someone's attention, at which point, I explained why we had stopped in and the owner/employee said that we needed an appointment, that "they didn't just want people digging through their dresses (in a condescending tone, if front of other customers!)" I expressed that my sister was not "rooting", simply trying to look at what was crammed in there and the woman went over to the rack and acted like she could actually straighten up that mess. Then asked if we wanted to make an appt, to which we replied NO!
They were rude, the place was dirty, the customer service obviously stunk and I will never set foot in there again or recommend this experience to anyone!
Small, messy, bad service. I am a bride-to-be, extremely organized, have always worked with people in my profession and i STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend not going to this store. I cannot express how horrible the customer service was in my experience here. I had travelled from MA to go to this store with my bridesmaids, drove 40 miles from my family's home, had called AHEAD of time (twice) and was told my styles I asked for were IN the store for my girls to try on. This was not the case though and the woman who "helped" us was rude, hurtful and incredibly insulting. I had an organized binder with all the styles AND pictures divided up by each girl. They had TWO of 15 dresses I liked after telling me not only that they had 6 styles that I asked specifically for but that they had EVERY sample until it is discontinued. Their selection was limited and the layout was a mess. It was a wasted trip, they lost a customer and I have never been so upset with any service I've recieved from a consumer. I am a very quiet person when it comes to getting attitude so I left very upset and hope that no other Bride-to-be would have to feel this way
Iffy Service.
This teeny tiny store is extremely cramped and overflowing with dresses - so much so that you can barely move around when more than a handful of people are inside. But if you can get past the lack of breathing room, and no frills decor and service, you may be pleasantly surprised with the selection and pricing.
Just a few things to note:
1) Service was shaky - granted, the attendee was by herself that day but she was overly frazzled and not able to recall the different styles of dresses in the store in order to pull other options to try on. Also, at one point, a customer stopped in because she received a call about her dress arriving and the employee told her she couldn't just stop in unannounced and she refused to measure her for alterations.
2) Be prepared to try on more dresses than you may want to - I went in there with a pretty good idea of what style I wanted, and despite that, the attendant kept bringing in dresses that "everyone loves and looks good in and therefore I would too."
