Great psychiatrists if you can deal with the office staff. I was a patient at Psych Associates for 5 years and decided to seek care elsewhere because of the incompetent office staff. The staff turnover is high so you rarely deal with the same person more that once. The current staff offers ridiculous solutions to simple problems. Never try and fax a prescription because they will never receive it. Their solution? Pay for a visit with your doctor to physically get a new script or stop using your online pharmacy and take your script to WalMart. After two weeks of calls and faxes from my pharmacy and myself I requested to speak to my doctor so he could refer me to another physician. The physicians don't return calls! I have never experienced such poor customer service.
