Mt Pleasant? I love that place.. The first time I went to Mt Pleasant, I was amazed that this old mall was now a beautiful church. I remember Cedonia Mall. I used to eat breakfast there, but, the church?? Only God could have given someone such an idea. i went for a meeting with women... how wonderful. We were watching Beth Moore speak on the screen that dropped down from the ceiling.

The next time was a couple years later for New Year's eve. I called to see if they had service and got the answering machine. Someone called back and left a message , yes they will have service. We got there after 11P.M. There was no more room in the main sanctuary, so , we were directed to the chapel. We watched as Christians were having a big party....dancing and singing for GOD. I later joined the church. When my grandmother died, many people came out for the viewing, most I knew and some I didn't know. Many pepole came out for the service.. mostly people from the Prayer Ministry, which has a small worship service on Wed. in the chapel at 8 P.M. I am sorry to hear about the things tha happened to you, but, I am sure that if you come back and let someone know what happened, especially the pastor, he will address the issue. He always tells us that we need to love each other. I know this cannot undo what has already occurred, but, sometimes at least acknowledgement of wrong helps. I am so sorry that this happened to you. It is my hope that this is just some terrible misunderstanding. I pray this has not made you turn away from GOD. I will pray that God will heal your heart. I will keep you in my prayers. Love you!

terrible service. This church has no consideration for the death of a loved one . I called deacon this ,and pastor that . Ill bet if i said that I Had a check that someone would have called me back .I tried several times and had no response and my mother has been a member over 20 years. Now that is a sin and ashamed
