I had been looking for a car for over a month. I've visited several dealers- got the run around and started to get discouraged. So one day I decided to do some cold calling around to car dealerships(Antwerpen, Musselmans, Bermans, Anderson, Car Biz, Car Zone just to name a few) in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. During my calls I noticed that the dealers that I was speaking with did not seem interested in helping me find a car.... so again I got discouraged. Finally I called Fox Chevrolet on Security Blvd and got this bubbly voice on the phone....it was Maria Pinkney. Right away I knew that I was in good hands! Maria is the epitome of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She took away all my doubt and encouraged me every step of the way in the purchase of my new car. I informed Maria Pinkney that I would be in on April 7th to meet with her. During the weeks before I could meet with her, Maria Pinkney called to follow up on my needs polite and bubbly as always. Finally the day of my appointment arrived and she called like clockwork to confirm my appointment and when my mother and I arrived at the showroom we were greeted with open arms and a smile that could light up a room ( oh and Ice cold water too) She found the perfect car for me and I even named my car after her Ava Maria! Thanks Ms. Maria YOU TOTALLY ROCK!

Fox Chevrolet is the only place for all your auto needs!. I originally went to Liberty Ford because I saw all the Jerry Springer commercials and I know my credit is not great. Liberty Ford was such a joke, they tried to push a used car off on me when I wanted a new car. They even said I needed to give more money down then I could afford and I was there for 8 hours. While I was at Liberty Ford, Maria Pinckney from Fox Chevrolet called me up and did all my paperwork over the phone, she said she could get me in a new car. I left Liberty Ford and went to Fox Chevrolet and Maria had me driving away in a brand new 2012 Chevy Sonic. I even got the monthly payments to what I could afford with an interest rate that wasn't even the state maximum and I have bad credit! Fox Chevrolet was so professional and you can tell the dealership is very clean and well taken care of. Maria offered us bottled water and made us feel welcome and at home. She took us on a tour of the dealership and service department and took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the car. Fox Chevrolet is the best and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a vehicle now. I also recommend you do all your business with Maria Pinckney. She is the best!!! Fox Chevrolet is a class act dealer and easy to deal with. They don't beat around the bush and you can be in a vehicle within the hour and on your way home. Don't go to Liberty Ford, go to Fox Chevrolet for all your auto needs and ask for Maria and tell them John Plaster sent you!!
