I will surely recommend to others in my area. I wish I had made my other purchases from you versus the bigger box store, i.e., Bray and Scarf, Ferguson, and Fretz. To be honest, bray & scarf was more convenient to my home but your store was more personable. Again, thank you for your one-on-one attention-- I will surely recommend you to others in my area. Have a great weekend, and give your doggie a cookie for me.

I am extremely impressed and extremely grateful. Last week I called your company about a washing machine I was considering buying. I did in fact purchase it from Cummins, and it was delivered 2 days later. Smooth and efficient. I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful service I received ordering my new Kitchen Aid refridgerator. You all handled it so quickly, smoothly and efficiently. From the wonderful salesman to the man who delivered it on Thursday. I couldn't of asked for anything so painless!

You can't go wrong here. Cummins is a family owned business that has been around for many years. We have gotten several major appliances from them and have always been impressed with their service. They know their stuff and can answer any question you might have and you will not get the feeling that it's a canned answer. We always got delivery within a few days of purchase and they take the old appliance away for free or maybe for a $10 fee, I forget.

Always polite and friendly, too. Can't go wrong here.

Cummins sells the best brands and offer quick delivery. We've bought at least ten major appliances from Cummins over the past 23 years and only once was their service less than stellar (and that one time they dealt very graciously with my complaint). They sell the best brands and offer quick delivery and haul-away of your old appliance for an extra $10, I think. Sales people are very knowledgeable. The location is right off the Beltway and there is good parking.

I would highly recommend Cummins Appliance Co. to anyone. I highly recommend Cummins Appliance Co. Their price was competitive and their Service goes beyond expectations.

I called Cummins Appliance on a Monday to find out if they had a refrigerator model I wanted and they said they had just received one in and could deliver it on that Saturday as I requested (so I didn't have to take a day off from work) and would haul my old refrigrator away for just $10 and $30 to set up the new (reasonable compared to other appliance stores). I was not sure if the refrigerator would fit width-wise so the owner, Harvey Cummins volunteered to meet me at lunch and measure for himself to be sure. (Above and beyond the call of duty....nice service) The installers arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable.

When I incorrectly thought they had delivered the wrong refrigerator they were willing to take it back with no argument and no charge and had told their men to put the doors back on the refrigerator. After checking other stores by phone immediately, I realized that this model was the one I had wanted but the model with the icemaker just came with a little different configuration in the freezer compartment than the one I saw in the store with just the water. I called back and asked that they continue delivering it. The installer politely removed the doors again (no easy job in the hot sun) and although they spent over 2 hours at my house due to my mixup, they were polite and did an excellent job and did not charge me anything additional.

I would highly recommend Cummins Appliance Co. to anyone who wants an appliance at a fair price and good service.

Heaven sent. The dryer was heaven sent. We made it through Pesach not only with clean clothes… but with DRY ones as well (for 11 people)! No small task. Many many thanks!!

Cummins only carry reliable brands. We have bought at least ten major appliances over the years at Cummins and have always been more than pleased with the sales help and the delivery. They carry only reliable brands, no junk, and their sales people know their stuff. They are friendly and helpful without being pushy. The showroom is bright and clean and you are always welcome to just look. We always got delivery within a few days of purchase and the delivery people always showed up right on time. They used to take the old appliance away for an extra $10 (ask about this in case it has changed recently). HIGHLY recommended.
